Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using KharchaBill, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use KharchaBill for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

What KharchaBill provides

KharchaBill provides tools to record and review accounts, transactions, budgets, loans, cards, recurring items, goals, assets, liabilities, investments and related reports. Feature availability may depend on your plan, configuration and connected providers.

KharchaBill is an information-management product. It is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, investment adviser, tax adviser or payment account, and it does not promise savings, returns, loan approval or a particular financial outcome.

Your account and records

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, activity through your account and checking imported or calculated results. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You retain responsibility for deciding whether a transaction, category, balance, reminder or report is correct for your circumstances.

Acceptable use

Do not use KharchaBill to break the law, access another person’s information, introduce malicious code, probe security, overload the service, scrape restricted areas, impersonate others, send spam or upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, PINs or complete payment credentials through support, story or free-text fields.

Optional integrations and AI

Email sync, payment services and AI-assisted features depend on third-party providers and separate permissions. You authorise KharchaBill to exchange the information needed to provide a feature you enable. You can revoke a mailbox connection or optional consent, although previously imported records may remain in your ledger until you remove them.

AI and imported-email results can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before acting; never rely on them as professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Plans, payments and renewal

Current plan prices, taxes where applicable, billing period and included limits are displayed before checkout. Paid access begins only after server-side payment verification. Keep the payment reference for support. Unless checkout clearly states that renewal is automatic and you expressly agree, purchasing a period does not authorise an automatic renewal.

Ownership and feedback

ManchLabs and its licensors own the KharchaBill service, branding, software and original site content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in records and content you submit. If you send product feedback, you allow us to use it without an obligation to compensate you.

Availability and third parties

We work to keep KharchaBill available, but maintenance, faults, internet conditions and external providers may interrupt features. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may change or retire features, with reasonable notice for material changes when practicable.

Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, respond to law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. You may request account deactivation through Settings. Provisions that logically survive closure—including payment, ownership, disclaimers and dispute provisions—continue to apply.

Responsibility and liability

Use KharchaBill with independent judgement and maintain copies of records important to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ManchLabs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions based on user-entered, imported, third-party or AI-assisted information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply, except where fresh consent is legally required. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
